Our Charity Partner

We are also thrilled to announce that we are partnering with Beautifully EmpoweHERed.

Beautifully EmpowHERed (BE) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women to embrace their full potential, unapologetically. We offer a range of services including mental health counseling, career exploration, and transformative workshops that equip women and girls with the tools to thrive in every aspect of their lives. BE is a collective community of women, and we believe that when we unite to support, uplift, and inspire each other, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

Founded by Bree Casey in 2020, Beautifully EmpowHERed has become a dynamic force for change in the Chicago suburbs. Bree's vision has always been to create an inclusive space where women of all shapes, sizes, ages, cultures, and backgrounds can come together with purpose, discover their inner power, and use it to transform their lives.

Bree’s journey to founding BE is deeply personal. She shared her own experiences of overcoming challenges and pushing past limits, believing that her vulnerability would inspire other women and girls to find their own strength. This commitment to fostering confidence and self-worth led Bree to pursue a second master’s degree in social work to become a licensed therapist. In doing so, she recognized a systemic gap in access to mental health resources for women based on insurance limitations. This only strengthened her resolve to ensure that every woman, regardless of her circumstances, receives the support she needs.

At Beautifully EmpowHERed, we are dedicated to helping women realize their full potential—providing the tools, community, and confidence to live empowered lives.
That's What She Said Chicago West 2026 is thrilled to partner with Families Helping Families to provide much needed funding to support this critical mission.

As we gear up for the next installment of That’s What Teens Say, we invite you to nominate a teen girl in your life who you think would benefit from this transformative weekend. This empowering three-day workshop offers confidence-building exercises, creative writing activities, improv games, and more tools designed to help them realize the power that their voice can have.
